Here’s the science bit (I’ve always wanted to say that).
You’ll no doubt have heard of ‘intuition’, also known as insight, trusting your gut or listening to your higher knowing.
Intuition isn’t some woolly nonsense - it’s a real thing, and a large part of your brain is dedicated to it (actually quite a few parts working in harmony, but we’ll keep it simple). This part KNOWS what you need to do - based on your thousands, no, millions of lifetime experiences and past decisions. Left to its own devices, un-sabotaged, this highly evolved part of your brain would have you moving forward in leaps and bounds. It’s logical, insightful, positive, focused, motivated, decisive, incredibly good at ditching the small stuff and getting perspective - and designed to move you swiftly towards your goals, dreams, and everything you’ve been waiting for, in a calm, cool, ‘this is so easy it’s shocking’ kind of way.
Sorry to spoil the magic, but manifesting is simply the act of allowing this intuitive, wise-as, super-aligned part of your brain to dictate the agenda and following the guidance it gives you.
So why is that so hard?
If you’ve tried consciously manifesting, why do you manifest like your life depends on it, but still end up feeling like you’re lacking and nothing’s happening?
